You create an Integration in your Magento admin panel, which gives you an Access Token. Enter your Magento URL and token in storeXstore, and we connect via Magento's REST API. The connection is encrypted with AES-256 encryption at rest.

All API keys and secrets are encrypted with AES-256 at rest. All connections use SSL/TLS. We use JWT for session management, RBAC for access control, and rate limiting for API protection. Your Magento data stays in your Magento instance — we don't store your customer PII.

We cache order and product data for dashboard display and analytics, but customer PII (personal data) lives in your Magento instance. We follow data minimization principles and are working toward GDPR compliance tools.

SSO/SAML integration (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace) is available on the Enterprise plan and coming in our next release cycle.
